6 Week Challenge: Transformation Tuesday
At the beginning of this 6 week Challenge I was probably at my heaviest since having my daughter (who just turned 11). I started working out sporadically about a year ago, but still didn’t see any changes in my body, and was still always tired. My biggest obstacle was that I loved to bake, and I loved baked goods! I knew what I was eating was keeping me from losing weight, but I didn’t have any incentive to try harder. It wasn’t until I saw the 6-week challenge advertisement for Soul Studio that got me inspired. The studio was close to my home so I thought why not try it? I was skeptical at first thinking how could I possibly lose 20 lbs in only 6 weeks! But after the first week of going to the workouts and following the meal plan closely, I had already lost 7 lbs! I won’t lie and say the weight kept falling off easily the following weeks, some weeks I barely lost any weight.
I didn’t give up, and I rarely strayed from the meal plan. J Vegetables were never my favorite, and like I said before, I loved baked goods. During the challenge I tried many new foods, which I found I now like, and who doesn’t love the Green Smoothies?( Never thought I would eat Spinach every day but now I do!) I enjoyed going to the different classes that the Studio offered, and every time all the instructors there were inspiring and always mixed it up to never making it boring! I want to thank Vicki, Eva, and all the other Soul Studio instructors for their support! EVERYONE can do this, I totally believe it will not only change the way you look but the way you feel!
