Are you Looking for a Fun and Social Training Experience?

With the new year approaching, Soul Studio is offering new programs to kick start your health and fitness goals! Our new Soul Small Group Training is for any woman wanting to release stress, weight loss, and improve healthy habits by resistance training. Work together towards the same goals with added motivation of the group! We will track your progress with our Soul+Fit reassessment test. Classes include modification for all various fitness levels. All of Soul Small Group Classes are supportive, motivational, and fun! 

Each training is 30 minutes. Monday and Wednesday: 12pm and 4:30pm availability. 

- 3-5 Women Small Training Group.
