Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Each class you will learn proper form and increase your weights to your maximum! YES I said MAXIMUM!
This program is 4 weeks and limited to 8 students.
Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am
You will learn how to fuel your body with nutrition before and after your lifts!
