Soul Barre is a full body workout incorporating yoga, resistance training, functional movement, and moderate cardiovascular conditioning. Warm up with an upper body series and circuit or interval training to raise the heart rate, before diving into a ballet barre influenced workout designed to work the lower body muscles to the point of fatigue. Cool down with mat work to target the abdominal muscles and longer held yoga poses to release and stretch the muscles.

SOUL VINYASA FLOW
This class focuses on coordination of breath and movement. It is a physically active form of yoga. It requires to move continuously throughout the class. The most well-known vinyasa sequence is the sun salutation, a flowing series of lunging, bending, and stretching asanas. Expect to do standing and seated poses that develop strength, flexibility, and balance. The style can be adapted to fit anyone's personal needs and preferences.
