Karin joined Soul Studio in 2015 and was hooked after completing the six-week challenge. Karin is a former gymnast, forever dancer and sometimes a runner. She loves to try new workouts and challenge herself (she's still trying to get the hang of the pilates reformer machine). You'll experience a variety of moves in her class: dance aerobics, weights, abs and kickboxing. Karin choreographs her class to booty-shakin' beats (she makes no apologies for her love of old-school 90s hip hop). Her goal is to keep it high-energy, easy to follow and fun. When she's not at Soul Studio, you'll find Karin at the dog park with her black lab pup, Lionel.
