Join us for a 30 minute Soul Sweat Session that will inspire you to push yourself! Followed by a yoga cool down that will lead you into savasana then into a guided meditation on your mat. Connecting with your sisterhood, sweating, calming, inspiring all those around you. You will find peace within.
