Soul studio is a PLACE CREATED out of the love for health, fitness and wellness. 

We started as a bootcamp and Yoga exclusive studio but now include, Body Shred by Jillian Michaels, TRX, and Dance Cardio. We take a comprehensive approach connecting with the body physically and mentally for a more well rounded result.

Our BODY SHRED classes uses a Jillian Michaels 3-2-1 Interval Format approach, which is a progressive approach of  high intensity cardio method. With certified coaches guiding you, Body Shred will change the way you view fitness. More is not actually 'more'. 30 minutes of comprehensive, strategically focused training is all you need to take your body and your life to the next level.

BODYSHRED is a high-intensity circuit training utilizing the 3-2-1 interval format with 3 minutes of resistance training; muscular conditioning, 2 minutes of cardiovascular; HIIT intervals, and 1 minute of active recovery; utilizing core focused exercises that facilitate supreme stability and power.  30 minutes max. No breaks. No repetition. No plateaus. 


Soul bootcamp classes

You will feel powerful in this boot camp conditioning class! With variety of upper and lower body moves, punches, agility moves and athletic drills. This class is open to all levels of fitness with modifications to your needs. In the end, you will feel strong, energized and set your intention for the day.

Soul dance cardio

Get ready to sweat, smile and shake your soul! Soul Dance Cardio is a 45-minute total body workout. The class combines dance aerobics, weights, abs and kickboxing all choreographed to fun music! 

Soul sweat

Get ready to workout your entire body with Soul Sweat. This 30 minute class combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength training, stretching, cardio, and more, 3 days out of the week. These workouts focuses on increasing endurance, balance, flexibility, and agility. Open to all fitness levels and modifications to your needs.

Introduction class to Soul Sweat II. A 45 minute strength training class that incorporates beginning heavy weight lifting with conditioning. All levels are welcomed!

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED ONLY. An hour of heavy weight lifting, supersets, and plyometrics. Please consult with a Soul Coach before trying this class. 




Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, which work to make the spine and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures also stretch an align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.


This class focuses on coordination of breath and movement. It is a physically active form of yoga. It requires to move continuously throughout the class. The most well-known vinyasa sequence is the sun salutation, a flowing series of lunging, bending, and stretching asanas. Expect to do standing and seated poses that develop strength, flexibility, and balance. The style can be adapted to fit anyone's personal needs and preferences.
