As a mother of a 2 year old, a wife and speech language pathologist I have found that time is precious and limited and carving out time for my personal health is crucial! Life gets busy but I am motivated as I see others work towards their personal goals as we build a community. With a combination of strength and cardio circuits we are able to target all muscles while motivating and pushing each other to be a better version of ourselves.
